HYPE LOCATION, 15 rue de la Colline, 67204 Achenheim, France, is the controller for personal data processed through salonsxb.com.

What we collect, and why

Booking a date means knowing who is booking and how to reach you. We collect:

• your identity: first and last name, and your company where applicable;
• your contact details: email address, telephone, postal address;
• your booking details: date, amount, any message, language;
• payment movements: amount, date, payment method, transaction reference.

We do not collect your card number. It is entered directly with our payment provider and never passes through our servers.

On what legal basis

• **Performance of the contract**, for everything relating to the booking, the payment and preparing your event.
• **A legal obligation**, for invoicing and retaining accounting records.
• **Our legitimate interest**, in securing the site and preventing fraud.
• **Your consent**, for audience measurement — which you may withdraw at any time.

For how long

• Bookings and accounting records: ten years from the close of the financial year, under article L123-22 of the French Commercial Code.
• Contact details for an enquiry that did not lead to a booking: three years after the last contact.
• Technical logs: twelve months at most.

Who has access

Your data is never sold, rented or transferred. It is processed only by the providers the service requires:

• Supabase, for database hosting, within the European Union;
• Vercel, for site hosting;
• Stripe, for payment processing;
• Resend, for sending email.

Some of these providers are established outside the European Union. Such transfers are governed by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

Cookies

This site sets no advertising cookies.

Cookies strictly necessary for it to work — keeping your session during booking, remembering your cookie choice — are set without your consent, as the law allows. Any other cookie, audience measurement included, waits for your consent and is set only afterwards.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data.

We reply within one month. If our reply does not satisfy you, you may refer the matter to the French data protection authority — cnil.fr.
